I got my scivation xtend grape in on friday. this stuff is . I used it Saturday for my leg workouts which I am usually sore a few hours and the day after. not this time.

they also sent some Cold Fusion EX in the package. I felt a small tingle but nothing too much. Keep in mind this is the first creatine supp I have taken. Bumped my squats to 300 x 10 with no burn. Could have been a placebo affect, but I doubt it.

Buy some xtend for your recovery drink. The new grape tastes like kool aid.

It's a placebo effect. Nothing about it will really make you lift more, but it does taste good and its pretty good for retaining muscle during a cut

I noticed absolutely no difference in soreness whatsoever.

I think he was talking about the creatine, although I agree that it is porbably still a placebo. I don't think creatine will start taking effect so fast.

yeah i was talking about the creatine. my leg days usually kick my ass because of the cardio afterwards. the only thing I added was the CF EX and the Xtend

Lemonade FTW, can't say it has helped with soreness though.

I have noticed my workouts are better whilst on it, but I just say it's a placebo lol.
