    So far I've seen:
    Firefly
    Lexx
    DS9
    Enterprise
    Voyager
    Babylon 5
    Farscape
    Eureka
Chuck (not SciFi but too damned awesome to leave off this list :o
    BSG

Shows I've tried to watch but couldn't get into:
    Dune
    Dr. Who
    TNG

Now I think that is about it. I am looking at other SciFi shows. I am currently trying to find Earth: Final Conflict, but besides that any other recommendations?

Invisible Man and First Wave are pre-SG1/Farscape Sci-Fi channel shows.
The Prisoner is from the 60s and only has 13 episodes, but it influenced a shit ton of later shows, especially Lost.
Hyperdrive is a British sci-fi comedy starring Edgar Wright (the "other guy" from Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead)
Torchwood is a Dr. Who spinoff that's aimed at adults
Primeval is a recent British show about wormholes that start appearing, allowing dinosaurs (and other things) to start randomly showing up and killing people.

You've seen Stargate, right? If not, you should make that next.

Twilight Zone, Red Dwarf are also awesome.

For some reason, TZ gets left out of scifi discussion. :o

    I was thinking of sg1 too...but it's like a decade's worth of episodes.

I've never seen Earth: Final Conflict. What's it about?

I also kind of want to see Space:Above and Beyond.
