Any schools or colleges out there that have an emphasis in web page developemnt for graduate work?
You want to do a thesis about web page design? I think most professors would laugh at you and tell you to find funding elsewhere.
I had a friend who did his thesis on the user interface of cell phones. He got to make a few web pages, but that wasn't his focus. Maybe try the art & design department.
BTW, what school in Iowa do you attend?
I went to school at the University of South Dakota. I grew up outside of Ames and there was NO WAY I was going to school so close to home.
My grad program at USD got cut, so I am looking for alternatives in IT, IS, or Vis Com.
I hope you mean something more involved than web page design. In our MS of IS we have three tracks, Network/Infrastructure, E-Business Systems Engineering, and Information Engineering. I'm planning on going after the IE track myself.
Please excuse the shitty website, I'm working on a new one now.
Yea. I was looking for something in the IS, IT field that had heavy work with web programming, structure, and such.
Our EBSE would probably do you quite well then.
What was your undergraduate degree in?
Mass Communications and Visual Communications
