school starting has really fucked up my workout routine

    i work the 4pm-12 shift and would wake up around 9am to go workout. now i got class at 8am-10 i seriously dont have the energy to lift. i was so tired today i couldnt even do a "light" workout i usually do for chest days

    should i just take the week off? diet is still on point btw

    you still have from 10am to 4pm to lift, albeit with some traveling time, you have plenty of time to lift

    you won't have much of a social life, but go to bed as soon as you can after work (you need your sleep) and maybe even take a short nap after working out

    I don't see the problem. Eat at 730. eat at 930 before the end of class. LIft 10:30-11:45. Then you have 12-4 to get miscellaneous stuff done.

    i was just too drained. i usually get a full sleep in and was not use to this shit. ill try this shit again tom

    youre always gonna have some off days man you have plenty of time to lift
