You need to get the form signed off by a CLEO then send off with check to the ATF and wait. SBS you can have any length you want. I dont think any extra requirments for transporting NFA guns whatever your state laws dictate. Don't think I would use one for HD though.

    What I'd get

I'd stick with a shotgun with an 18" barrel... no special paperwork to deal with.

Also, firing a small shotgun like that with a pistol grip with 00 Buck is going to be a bitch... you'd want something with a stock so you can shoulder aim.

    My $0.02 :dunno:

I shot one a week ago with 00buck and a pistol grip. like an 18" barrel but im not real sure .... it was a hell of a kick (fun really) but if you expect it, its not to bad. Id suggest some kind of strap on the front handguard if you dont have a good grip though.

Im 6'3" 250lb range .... I can hold it steady enough

The one I was shooting is my bosses. He keeps it loaded behind the seat of his truck at all times. But im not real sure how much trouble would be caused if they searched his vehicle for some reason.

Local shops here usually sell those for $189 with just a p grip, if you plan on going with an aftermarket p grip + stock setup I'd look around for one of those .

Drum would look better with my pick :o I dont like those handguard or the VFG, although it is a good candidate for a VFG.

The drum makes any pic look better :o

yeah, I'm not crazy about that handguard (that's stock I think, with just a rail added a VFG). The wood furniture is really starting to grow on me too. I may end up switching some in when I get my baby back.
