So I got the cheap tube of Body Fortress Whey for $15 from Walmart. On the back its says it has Creatine Monohydrate in it. So is this the true form of Creatine lifters take and if so is it the right amount I would need or do I need to buy something separate?

Please be kind, I are dumb.

just a heads up, they whey taste like shit. i usually don't complain about whey taste but that shit is funky. pick up some whey online, you can usually find something cheaper and it tastes halfway decent. and pick up some of the cheapest bulk mono you can find. i use the body fortress mono, its like $6.99 at WalMart here and its 100 servings or something like that

read the fucking stickies. dont come here and be a dick and not put any effort in it. you'll continue to get smart ass replies. the shit is at the top of the board for everyone to read. 99% of your threads could all have been answered if you would READ THE STICKIES. If you need help understanding something in them, then would be a good time to post a question.

Lets just ban all new posts since EVERYTHING is in the stickies or just allow people like HorseDick to create threads just to be assholes.

There is better fellowship in Offtopic than this god forsaken forum.

nah with all the atheists on here the only god forsaken forum is LAOT...

but blade is right. most of the info you want is in the stickies already. but i guess ill give it to you here as i get ready for the gym... most people take 5g of creatine mono per serving. im not sure what your wal-mart whey has in it per serving. but i don't think many people here buy whey+creatine mixtures here, let alone whey from wal-mart. they buy whey powder itself (optimum nutrition whey is a popular, bang-for-buck choice), and a separate pure creatine monohydrate product.

ON is now overpriced and a dying fad.

All the whey is the new hotness. EAS is pretty cheap as well and a decent protein.

But yeah, read the stickies first.

Did you really expect to not get any comments like Horsedick?
He's right though, you've clearly been on OT for quite some time you would think to not be inept and fucking do some reading on your own.
