    What's your take on scars?

I never gave it much thought, but just recently i've realized I have at least one permenant scar for each hobby/activity I enjoy (except skydiving). I'm not talking massive scars, but ones that are noticeable and deep. No, I don't consider myself a clumsy goof that can't do his hobbies well, I just tend to push my limits and wind up getting beat/bruised/cut/scarred/etc.

Would this be considered "Body Modification"?

I have scars from paintball, and hockey. I dont really consider them body mods, more like unlucky.

i have more scars than most people, a 2 i actually consider actual body mods.

1 is 3 parallel lines that i did at work when i was bored with a hot ruler.
the other was professionaly done on my leg.

the rest are just battle scars or whatever.
