    The timing of the pricing release was.........interesting. I wonder if it would have been cheaper if McCain were elected?

    This is fucking pathetic. We've waited around for how many years for the SCAR and the Masada? Now with the possible threat of future legislation restricting ownership of these phantom rifles, they will finally get introduced for a couple months at scalper prices!?

    Fuck these guys, I'll build a better AR for cheaper....

    An AR with a monolithic rail, removable barrels, quality flip-up front and rear sights, a folding/collapsing/adjustable cheek stock, and piston-driven wouldn't cost much more.

    i can't see how the SCAR is worth $2.7k

    the FS2000 is barely worth $2k given it's a plastic clamshell thing but it's at least really spiffy looking
