The best way to cut for spring break is to stay in shape all year round, and not to make dramatic changes a week before hitting the beach.

I don't know much about crash cutting, so I'll leave that up to whoever else wants to help out.

All you guys wanting to get in shape for spring break are about 6 months too late to be asking this question.

Holy fucking :werd: These threads make baby jesus cry :wtc:

    My advice / opinion:

    Clean bulk..don't cut
Nitric Oxide supplement (Now Arginine / Ornithine stack) take it about 60 minutes pre-workout only
Creatine Ethyl Ester (bulk powder) take it about 30 minutes pre workout and immediately post workout (always with carbs + protein)
Glycerine preworkout and LOTS of water
    Tanning (not burning)

    A few days "pre-beach" add:

Natural diuretics / caffeine (do not stack WITH Nitric Oxide supplements above, choose 1 or the other for enhanced vascularity)
    Tyrosine / A-L-Tyrosine
    Glycerine with slightly less water

Disclaimer: Disregard if you are actually obese.

sorry everyone doesn't read every thread like u asilaydying... but the advice I got (6'1 185 with good physical shape and lifts) was from people that go to the gym and not sit on the computer all day. For those who are actually looking to shed those extra few puonds of fat like me, what is the best way to cut? it seems a lot of the people are just critiquing rather than helping the situation, find a new forum.

should the runs be HIT, longer runs (3+ miles), sprints or a variety? What about resting for days on and days off?

And Cavefish was right, you're 6 months late, don't come in here with a couple weeks until spring break and ask about cutting from nothing to less because you wanna try and look good for the ladies, which you won't.
