Say you take two months off... Is it better to

    jump in full-force, and work out extremely hard?

    or

    start off light and gradually work your way back up to training 4-5x a week?

    gradually work your way up in terms of how heavy you're lifting or you're gonna fucking regret it and be back out of the gym for a few days :o


    you can go still go 4-5 times in a week right away if you take it easy enough :o

    seriously, take it easy for the first week or two man. You really think going in as hard as possible right off the bat is a good idea?
