im 5'9" 130ish, but other than a bit of biceps/calfs, no muscle at all

i also have a flabby ass stomach

how do i get a bruce lee body then? cut down body fat and gain muscle everywhere?

bruce lee's workout was out of control from what i heard. hes not only a genetic masterpiece, but even his doctors were puzzled on how low his bodyfat was.

people have weird goals. Bruce lee was an amazing guy, but he certainly didn't have that amazing of a body aesthetically. Anyway, lift hard, juice, don't eat much.

    link?

 yeah time just made up him taking steroids. Saying someone took steroids isn't bashing them, particularly if the person in question was doing them in the 60s and 70s, when they were completely legal.

why did arnold get brought up in this thread as a comparison point, unless you're just comparing two people who both took steroids.

If you mean you'd rather have one of the greatest fighters/martial artists abilities to kick ass over one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, then i understand that. If you're saying aesthetically you'd rather be small, and make no mistake about it bruce lee was small then you're completely deluded. Maybe you're having trouble because you've never seen him in person and you only see him in pics or on a movie, but you would not even look like you work out at all with a shirt on, and unless you spend lots of your time walking around with no shirt on then there'd be no point. Bruce Lee trained his body to fight, not to look good, and his body is a reflection of that.
