I think I benched 115 at some church even when I was in 4th grade
Did that person need the spot?
i started with 85 as a max in 9th grade...wanna compare now
and yeah.. he needed the spot on his 3rd rep
whats with the mods not having bolded names? (purevl, trance...)
I started out benching 95 the spring semester of my freshman year of college
where have you been
So the person isn't up to par to your ungodly level. Leave 'em alone.
i will fucking kill you
everyone starts somewhere
No shit...He's trying to get stronger. That's all that matters.
your point is?
I had to save some dude from 125lb on the bench today. That dude was so embarassed...I said it happened to everyone. I usually offer if someone looks newbish.
you're the reason fat/thin/young people are afraid of the gym (the ones that are strong-minded enough for it ). the gym is a place to work hard. you're mocking them for their inexperience / beginner level. shut the hell up.
Nothing wrong with that,...dude needed a spot.
I benched 73 in 8th grade .
not everyone starts out benching the heavy weight tough guy
i'm not sure it came off the right way...
i guess it made me realize how much i've progressed... i started at about 115 at the beginning of my senior year.
sorry pur... i read some stuff and found out why... and i remember hearing something a while ago about "finding a replacement for trance"
I'm a lurker but I gotta give props to that shit.
Well if the guy needed a spot because 115 was heavy for him, then fuck you.
I had to dump something like 65lbs off me one time because I didn't have a spot. Do you think I give a fuck about that now? If you're feeling so high and mighty go lift at a powerlifting gym or with a group of bodybuilders and get some perspective when they're curling your squat max.
Anyway, so fucking what if he needed a spotter at 115. At least he's trying to improve himself rather than fatasses and emo kids that'll never set foot into a gym.
hey now, calm down, post 23
