Was at the local nutrition store accross from my work and saw Dennis Kang. I believe he trains at local gym run by Marcus Soares which is about 1 minute away from the store.
His face definately wore the wounds of his last defeat, but I am sure he will be back in action soon enough.

Oddly enough, he looked a lot bigger than I had expected. In fact, he looked a lot thicker than me, and I am about 210 and quite lean. He must cut a lot of weight or just have a massive frame.

he needs a group hug after the fight.

A friend of mine trains at Universal downtown and Kang trains/teaches there sometimes. Buddy is ~145lbs, 5'6" or so.

Nice, I forgot about SpiritFC weightclasses.

How does your buddy like Universal? How much does he pay?

I have been off training for about 2 years now. I like the gym where I trained before, but its far away. Universal is less than 2 blocks from my work.

How much do you pay? I trained at Franco Kickboxing for a few years at about 100 a month (kickbox and pancration)
