    Well after suffering through 4 months of having MRSA I'm back and motivated in the gym and my boxing.

    my goals are to keep my bf% down. I lost about 10lbs while I was sick and some fat as well which isn't all bad IMO. I was 185 yesterday at the start of my prog at 6'2".

    Picked up the new MF and it really reminded me why I love lifting so much (and I've had zero energy or motivation besides my boxing to keep me going). They had a decent article on dieting so I've decided to start. I'll try to keep a loose log here. I'm aiming for 3600-4000 cals a day.

    supps taken: creatine monohydrate, arginine, protein shake (54g protein total)

    Trying to get 3-4k calories a day (on both training and non training days.

    Supplements:
    Whey Protein
    Casein Protein
    Arginine (E.E.)
    Glutamine
    Creatine Mono
    Omega 3
    Vitamin C


    4/8/08 Breakfast (11am):
    3 whole eggs
    3 egg whites
    2 pieces whole wheat toast
    1 tbsp natty pb
    1 slice american cheese
    protein shake w/soy milk

    Totals (cal, protein, carbs, fat): 986 - 105 - 56 - 35


    Boxed for 90 minutes (speed bag, heavy bag and target mits)

    Post workout:
    Protein shake w/BCAA's & glutamine w/ carb mix
    Breyer's Lowfat Yogurt
    Vitamin C (1000mg)
    Arginine Ethyl Ester (second and final dose)
    Totals (cal, protein, carbs, fat): 580 - 54 - 87 - 2


    Im totally out of food so I have to go shopping this aft, looking forward to some good eating for the next few weeks.


    Dinner:
    10oz grilled salmon
    4 cups salad w/cheese & light dressing
    Snack: 2 cups cottage cheese
    Casein Protein Shake
    2 cups grapes
    Totals (cal, protein, carbs, fat): 1106 - 179 - 61 - 110

    4/8 Totals (cal, protein, carbs, fat): 2672 - 338 - 204 - 147


    Today:

    Breakfast snack:
    yogurt
    Banana
    Vitamin C (1000mg)
