Ok me and my friend go to Bally's to first run and then lift some weights. at the end of the session we always go to the Wet Sauna (steam room i guess) and i was just wondering is this a good practice to engage in or not? And whats better, wet or dry sauna?

    Thank for the help,

    J

Make sure you stay hydrated. Its easy to sweat out too much water, you may not even know it.
