My friend is telling me its bad for you. I use it as a relaxation method after working out, I make sure to fully rehydrate afterwards. What are your opinions on this? I lost about 9 friggin lbs of water weight yesterday but felt fine after drinking a good amount of water. Is it bad to loose that amount of water weight?

my muscles seem to be less stiff and a better feeling of "soreness" the next day if i end off my work out with a nice stay in the sauna.

As long as you rehydrate afterwards they are fine and often help with relaxing your muscles after you workout.

Some people think that it causes you to burn off more bodyfat... Which is not true.

I've only been in a sauna a few times... but 2/3rds of the gyms i've had memberships to have had dry saunas.

When I was living at home my parents had a hot tub and now my apartment complex has one... so I frequenty go there :wiggle:

I'll soak in the hot tub then hop in the suana afterwards, just because I think it's kinda rude to masturbate infront of everyone in hot tub.

  10. Last night I went to the gym and I saw a buddy of mine's older brother who I hadn't seen in quite some time. He ran out of the sauna holding his leg and I asked what happened... He told me to go look inside. I walked in and looked at the bench which he had completely destroyed.

he just carried a couple pieces of wood to the front desk and said "here."

    :naughty:
