I saw a 2 gig sansa at Best Buy for a 100 bucks. I just laughed knowing I could get a much better 30 GB player for 15$ less

I bought the 1GB model for $29.99 at Office Depot. I'm interested in their model with the SD expansion port.

    Insanely overpriced retailers FTL.

    :werd: SanDisk stuff is cool.

The m240 I bought has 3X the functionality of the Shuffle for almost 1/3 of the price. It even survived the washing machine. :eek3:

They're all starting to drop pretty steadily. Give it some good marketing and that product will eat the Shuffle alive.

I switched years ago when my POS Creative broke, and never looked back.

As long as it has a USB 1.1 port, they're golden. Many non-profits just get hand-me-downs.

I don't even know what I'd put on something that huge.

I could record every lecture for the next 2 quarters. :o

I'll give any mp3 player a chance, but I think I'm going to have to get an ipod next time I buy one. I want accessories, and it doesn't seem like there is anything out there for anything other than the ipod. :sad2:

I have around that many GBs worth of music, and an iPod is the only thing I can find that's functional enough to hold it all. That makes me sad.

they make pretty huge microSD cards, why don't you see if there's one big enough and then get one with an expansion slot?
