I just bought a sweet, top-loading duffel bag for 15 dollars (cdn), dropped in some sand filled ziplock bags into the bag and did a few exercises. I kinda made it up as I went along, however, can anyone gimme a link to some sandbag exercise urls, or recommend me some books?

    Cheap, books.

Most of those ropes are 1/2-1" in diameter, and 2" is plenty thick
