    :hsugh:

The casting couldn't be anymore perfect for Ultimate Nick Fury. You know, the guy that Marvel designed after Samuel L. himself :hsugh:

They should bring back David Hasselhoff to be Fury.

if they did this, they'd have to revamp the entire marvel movie series and bring in kids

I prefer the Fury L. Jackson to Nick Hasselhoff.

After seeing the Nick Fury movie, he kinda ruined it for me.

Well not really. The only movies that 'might' be in the Ultimate universe will be the movies made by Marvel's studio in the future, Iron Man, Cap, Thor, pretty much all the core Avengers. The other heroes that have already had films made won't be in this universe (Spidey, FF, DD)...which is why we haven't really had a coherent "Marvel Universe" so far, each property owned by a different studio. I like it, that was one thing I thought had been missing in the movies that had been made so far. :dunno:

The movies aren't produced by all the same people so making any kind of connection would probably be way too political.

Nothing wrong with Jackson. He'll be a hell of a lot better than Hasselhoff.

All due respect to the original, but Ultimate Nick Fury would be fantastic in a movie.

the good thing that's coming out of this is that Marvel Studios is now creating a cohesive universe for their movies :coold:

If this is true, i'm not sure whether to be happy that the ultimates version is spot on casting or to be upset that the original Nick Fury design will only be rendered on screen by the hoff.

On the plus side I do like the fact they are trying to make the marvel films more cohesive with each other. I can't wait for Iron Man to come out.

I dont think there is a better person alive today to play this Role. You can cast Sam Jackson in any role where the authority figure is assholesque and he will nail it

If they weren't going with the ultimate version, Kurt Russel would have been an awesome 616 Nick Fury .
