I purchased my Samsung A680 about a month ago. Yesterday I was driving and my phone was ringing. I pulled out my phone and the screen was black. There is no cracks on the outside. I brought it to the Sprint store where I bought it from and they said that it was physical damage and that it is not covered by warranty. Is it my fault? If not, then what can I do about it to get it replaced?

Get rid of that and switch to a GSM carrier. :)

What does that have to do with a broken phone, GSM phones can be broken also? :dunno: jung918 i sent you a PM that can probably help you. Also have you had this phone for 18 months? if so you can get the $150 discount towards a new phone if all else fails.

For replacements search ebay but make sure it has the sprint software on it. As far as fixing it; not sure if you even could.

I guess your right skooter. I was just mad becuase the phone is new and this already happened. I did the mail-in rebate. 8-10 weeks is just so freaking long!
