    why does everyone watch their salt intake if they're not stepping on stage? salt is anabolic and as long as you don't already have high blood pressure there is very little reason to cut back.

    I'm not really watching my sodium intake at all. I'll try to avoid insanely salty foods whenever I can, but I drink enough water anyway.

    I eat a lot of salty snacks like jerky and mixed nuts, sunflower seeds also. Mine is probably through the roof :noes:
