I get the pre-made ones in bag... iceberg lettuce, carrots etc. It's my probably my favorite meal of the day, just because there is options for so much variations.

    Main ingredients I use are:
Peanuts (substitutes: almonds, flax seed etc)
    Dressing (tons of options here)
Salmon (use different marinades/spices when preparing it, or substitute for chicken)

Then others I add randomly are:
    Croutons
    parmesan cheese
    cottage cheese
    Hard boiled egg

I normally do roamaine lettuce with a bunch of sliced cucumbers, 1/4 of shredded cheese, about a 1/2 cup of hard boiled eggs and either ranch dressing or raspberry vinagrette

I have a big bag of tysons frozen chicken, just the basic chicken without any seasoning or anything. Takes 25 minutes to cook, I do that then cut it up and toss it on top of those premade salads. Tastes good as fuck.
