I am looking for something inspirational.
My only example is Beethoven's Moonlight Sanota.

Im not emo or want to /myself
tragic music makes me write better essays.

please give me song titles, not albums.:x:

I'm not sure if it's "sad", but it gets me thinking when I try to write a paper. Very passionate.

Any record by Tristeza could qualify as sad and instrumental. I believe their name means "sadness" in Spanish, but to me they sound more like calmness.

well...Anything by Explosions In The Sky has no lyrics at all, and it's all VERY epic...you know, the kind of stuff that you can just space out too...

In anycase, here's some song titles
    Explosions In The Sky -
Remember Me As A Time Of Day
Six Days At The Bottom Of The Ocean
    A Poor Man's Memory
    Snow And Lights

In any case, just get all their Albums they're phenomenal.

Here is some emotional electronic music:
    BT - Remember
    BT - Mercury & Solace
    Delerium - Innocent
Conjure One - Tears From The Moon (Hybrid Remix)

Actually...any of the Delerium tracks.. original mixes.

this is very good, im downloading as much as i can get my hands on.. like you said its very good to space out on.. although the downside is that a lot of the songs are the same and sounds like they were ones who did the tracks for Friday Night Lights, and that movie just makes me depressed.

have to try it when im high:rofl:
