I can't decide. I am leaning towards the 460 due to the fact that it shoots 454 ammo which my dad has but the price difference as of now is about 400$ more for the 460. its gonna be a while before I buy one but I figured that some other ideas might be helpful

My next gun is the 500 with 10.5inch barrel. No point to the gun other then it's big and badass

The 4" saves you money on ammo becuase your wrist can't stand more then a few rounds

No, the 4" kicks less than the longer barrels, due to the greater gas impulse and the more efficient brake on the barrel. I've shot a 4", and it's not uncomfortable. It's remarkably fun.

Its so weird seeing people talk about buying guns... being illegal in australia.

Do you actually use these things? Has anyone actually offloaded a gun at another human.

yes. they get used for many things, including target practice, target competition, competitive practical and defense shooting, long distance shooting, hunting, and of course, personal defense.

yes, i have shot people before. it sucks, but hey, i'd rather kill than be killed. i feel everyone has a right to live, not just cops.

Corbon is now loading a round called .500 S&W Special that is based off of a shortened .500 S&W Magnum case. It doesnt have as much recoil as a regular .500 S&W Mag and can be fired in guns chambered for the magnum version but you lose some performance of course.

Like I said, the brake works extremely well on that model, and it has less recoil than the heavier, longer barreled models.
