    Any runners on OT? Just started running to prepare for the fire dept. physical and I'm starting to notice that I can breathe clearer and there's less congestion. :o How many times a week do you run and for how long (time and distance) each day? How long did it take you to get where you are now?

    After running for a half hour, I feel like I can breathe easier now. :o

    I run (only cuz of the military). Frankly, i hate it. the marine corps will take the fun out of any goddamn thing.

    i do it just to stay within fitness regs

    I used to do track and cross country, times haven't improved since high school though.

    my goal is to run 3 miles in under 20 minutes.

    damn treetrunk legs ftl.....oh, and smoking for teh ultimate lose :o
