I gained about 15lbs in the first two years of college. Right now, I havent gained a pound in ~2 years and dont watch what I eat/drink.

So does anyone know how effective running is for weight loss? If I do a mile a day, how long will it take?

    2-3 months?

I cant stick to things unless I notice progress. :sadwavey:

One mile a day isn't going to do much.

Aim for 3 miles a day, and with the proper diet, very effective.

if you're not watching your diet at all you will probably see much more results with that than running

write down everything you do eat for a day and you'll see there's a lot you won't even miss

Running but with a poor diet will net you zero weight loss.

A good diet and running 2-3 miles a day 4 times a week will net you greeat results. Add in lifting, and you can have a great amount of weight loss.

I dont diet now and do no excercise and dont gain any weight so I wonder what 2-3 miles a day will do. Thats what I've started, here's hoping it works :x:
