running stamina????

    ive been cutting for ~2 months now, and its going on pretty well. i still lift a few days a week, and ive been running about 6 days a week. my stamina seems maxed out? im wondering if anyone knows any stretches or running theories to increase stamina :dunno:

    I find that running 3 or 4 days during the week does me better. Do something else for the other days. With me it's just like lifting weights, I take a couple days off, switch it up and get results.

    Same here.



    When I went from running 5 days a week to 3, I noticed I had a lot more stamina and was less sore. I subbed in some biking/boxing/basketball for cardio on the other days.

    Cross train like already mentioned, as well as change up your frequency. Are you running the same distance/time/route each time out? You may just need to taper down for a couple weeks since you are going 6 days a week for the last two months.
