Does anyone here have any experience with them? How much resistance do they provide?
i used to use it in football for sprinting...when the chute engages you slow down quite a lot. im sure theyd be pretty good for GPP
40 pounds of resistence for the "Speed Chute"
People at the track are going to hate me
might as well buy a real parachute
i love footbaqll training
there are better options if you're looking to improve your sprinting speed
