running crew?

    How often do you run? What is your routine?

    I started running last week, been running every other day for as far as I can (around 2.5 miles right now). I bassically want to get up to around 5 miles at a decent pace. Any tips?

    Every other day. 5-6 miles.

    Tips? Technique, form and SHOES, SHOES, SHOES AND SHOES!

    I can't run jack shit with some crappy shoes, but if I'm wearing my Asics Foundations, I can easily go on forever.

    is there a link somewhere that will show me correct form?

    and Im finding that my problem isn't loosing my breath, but my legs get too tired.
