my nike shox are going and need another one... thanks in advance
Not exactly *running* crew but I used to not be able to run a mile now I'm running biweekly 5ks
Got this advice from this forum, Asics Kayano 13's.
Fixed my stride and the natural arch gives me really great dorsiflexion that i wouldn't have had without the shoe training my foot.
Go to a good running store and get properly fitted. Every one has a different foot shape and stride. If you have a Fleet Feet near you that should do just fine.
good point... i liked my last pair since it felt like it took some of the shocks off the body...
hitting the mall up north tonight... i'll look at the asics too
ur running more than me right now... i got it to 3x week and i was able to maintain my weight eating 4-5k/day...
running always humbles me since my bones are heavy esp. after a heavy squat day...
Nike Air Max 360's Expensive, but worth it.
I have a pair of these.
ur muscly too.
gotta carry all that shit.
Asics are the way to go. Don't listen to anyone else!!
I like my New Balance shoes.
i like my asics
Asic Gel Kayanos
Go to a real running store- not footlocker crap- and get fitted. Seriously. It will be the best thing you've ever done for your feet/knees. Everyone recommending shoes is great, but you need to get something specific to your foot, how it turns in or out, how you land, etc.
New Balance, Saucony and Asics are great running shoes, do not buy Nike, Reebok or Adidas
That's a blanket statement which while true for you may not be true for others. It's a totally individual thing.
Come under my blanket
Foot locker, Champs, Footaction has 30% off
