Whats up guys, I am on a running fix these days because I am just starting my training for a race in April of 2010. I will need to run 5.3 miles in under 35 minutes for my leg of the race. Started logging the miles today with a light workout, and will continue to put miles on the odometer. So here is my attempt at a running log. I am 6'5" and 200 pounds. 2 miles in 13 minutes, with a ending heart rate of 140 bpm.
