    You're running 21 miles a week?

What were your big 3 numbers before you started running?

Very workable, especially if you're not focused on running performance. I run ~30 miles a week and lift 2-3 times, full-body and focus on compound stuff. Works just fine for me.

I know several people who work out 6 days a week- alternate running and lifting days.

what pisses me off , there was a black dude at my old gym, 205lb, benched 335 for reps, squatted 405 for reps, and deadlifted 535x4 and ran 4 miles a day, i keep kicking myself in the head how to achieve that level

If you're just running for cardio, switch it out for something lower impact.

If you're running for real running performance, you'll have to drop some of the weights off.

    I agree with this.

I alternate and lately have been cross training (spinning class/weights). I've just started getting back on track with pre-training running so I'm not running AS many miles for now, but come mid July- Jan :run: :run: :hyper: yeah.

My longer jogs are on Saturday mornings. I usually run three times during the week with the Saturday jog being the 4th.. :)

Don't for get about the abs!
