So recently while running I've been getting a lot of pain in the front of my shins. I've had shin splints before, and this feels a lot different... I feel it when I lift my foot off the ground, it's a pain in the very front of my shin. It feels almost like I'm straining the front of my shins from trying to curl my foot upwards too much if that makes sense? But I've been running for over 4 years now and my form has never been an issue before Could it be time for new shoes?
