    i just put up 200 on bench last night & it was easy. :run: :coold:

    5'10" 164lbs

    All of the BIG3 are now in the 200s
    Bench
    200 - 1RM

    Squat
    200 - 5RM

    DL
    210 - 5RM

    Good job man. The first time you break 200 on any lift is a good feeling. :bigthumb:

    started lifting in june (repping 115)...got progress, hurt my shoulder in august 'grappling', was set back for a month... so ~5-6 months.

    good job. I pulled 225 5rm but my bench is still 115 :wtc:

    noice my max bench is only 135...:wtc:
    squat is 275
    deadlift havent maxed out

    I know. I can rep the 55lb DBs as well so I don't know why my BB is so weak

    about two weeks ago i got pinned on 200 (after a set of decline & dips :o)

    but this time i went about it with a MaxOT warmup/weight acclimation approach.
