Just what I've been looking for, a heavy, overpriced 10/22. Sweet!

I bought a 10/22 and have done NOTHING with it, simply because I don't feel like spending all the money to mod up the gun. I think I'm going to sell it and get myself something like an MP15-22, since I just want to have it for practice without burning up 5.56, as AR is my favorite platform.

M&P15-22 is the one to get. The Colt version made by Walther is complete HORSESHIT. It doesn't even have a proper barrel - just a sleeve.

Umarex owns walther. Umarex makes air guns and .22lr's that are branded walther. Walther still makes centerfire guns.

Use the SR-22 to train for your AR-15! The only thing that's different is..... the magazine release, the bolt release, the charging handle, the safety, the trigger, and well... just about everything except the stock and grip. :uh: Not to mention 10/22's are known for being temperamental about the types of ammo it shoots.

If you want to train for your AR use a conversion or a dedicated upper.
