    Yes they did. When I found out they were going to do so I went out and traded in my '05 Acura TL on one. Got one of the last ones on the dealer lot.

    gay. i just read about it on wiki. the replaced it for the civic si....

    i kow this is old news but i didn't know. there so many on the road i thought they were still making them. what the hell...

    I heard they dropped it so the Acura lineup would have a higher average price and be more upscale luxury-oriented. My wife has a non-S, pretty nice car.

    They discontinued it because the civic SI is just as powerful but cost less than the RSX. Its a rebadged integra btw.

    Acura is trying to move up market and they couldnt do that with a low $20k car apparently. The new Si is just as good though

    dang.i had no idea. i heard the transmission had a problems tho. oh well.

    Yeah the 6-speeds are a bit touchy. My 6-speed was hard to engage 3rd gear from day 1 until the tranny was warmed up. Changed the tranny fluid to GM Syncromesh Friction Modified and it's perfect.

    oh. thats good. this guy i met in san antonio wouldn't shut up about it. he kept on telling me how third would pop out while driving and also it was hard to get the gate open for 4th. i sat there thinking y? didn't they literally take what was on the rsx and put it in the civic more/less?
