    Im planning on a purchasing a Concept2 rower for my home gym(www.concept2.com). Does anyone do rowing for cardio and will it mess with my lifting/muscle building because it can be a pretty intense fullbody cardio?

    Ive been doing rowing for about 2 months now intensely....and i only hit the gym about 1-2 times a week....its hard for me to tell whether ive gotten smaller or bigger, but ive def. i gotten stronger from it....i think it would be a great investment....i mean, your gonna get ripped and get a big back and shoulders and legs....but your gonna have to work on your arms and chest with weights.
