Hi, I have a litte dilema, my highschool fitness class goes like this.
    Monday- running
    tuesday-gym
    wednesday-running
    thursday-gym
    friday-classroom

As you can see the problem is I only get into the gym 2 days a week for like an hour. So can someone recommend me a full body workout routine I can consider or modify for my time restrictions?
    Thanks alot I appreciate it
