    I like the exercises that he gives, but I would still go with the typical chest/tris, back/bis, legs/shoulders split. I don't think shoulders/arms warrant having their own day.

    well people feel differently, but I hate training chest with tris and back with bis. But I know a lot of people do.

    I just don't think I would have the energy to do back/chest, nor doing DL's and squats the same day. That is why i now have a hammy and a quad day.

    :bowdown: I did that for about 2 months. I ended up sick for like 3 weeks, ended up taking like a month off.

    I didn't bring it to work either.

    its not a 2 month routine. 4 weeks tops. I used it for my 2nd show and didn't have to do that much cardio

    rest periods are 30 seconds

    I've been doing something similar to that routine for a few months now, is it about time I change it up?

    lol, i posted this routine and was doing it before I got appendicitis. Everyone told me I was an idiot for doing that much volume. I liked it though, I'm going to start on it again in a month or so.

    and everyone on this forum has always said, "your abs are like all of your other muscle groups..would you work your biceps everyday? your legs? no.. they need rest just like everything else"
