My gf wants to get back into the gym. She used to go right when we started dating but I know she had no clue what she was doing. Right now she's 5'6" and around 135-140lbs and she wants to cut some fat. I'm unsure of what to do for a routine. I was thinking of doing a mon/wed/fri routine being based around squat, bench, and deadlift, but I'm not sure when she should do cardio. Should she do cardio after her workouts, or on her off days? Or would she even be better off going with a bodypart split? I searched and people said that Chris's routine would be good, does anyone still have that saved? Thanks for any help.
