Rounded shoulders

    I suppose haven't been balancing my workouts in the past years by neglecting not to do much back excersizes. Now my shoulders are rounded or slightly hunched. What are the best excersizes to reverse this and tighten up my back? I'm guessing lat pulldowns and reverse flys?

    face pulls.

    And try to squeeze your shoulder blades together whenever you're upright. AFter a couple of months it'll be permanent.
