Ive used a bunch and nothing really washes the dirt/brake dust off without having to scrub extra hard. I heard that p21s was also very weak and overrated for very dirty wheels. What are you guys using here

I clean my wheels often enough I have no need for a wheel specific cleaner.

Optimum Power Clean, dilluted 3:1 is a pretty good all purpose cleaner that is wheel and paint safe.

IF your wheels are OEM clearcoated or a material deemed safe for use with it, your best bet for a true wheel cleaner is Meguiar's Wheel Brightener (from the Detailer line) -- however you do have to be VERY careful with WB, it is easily the strongest wheel cleaner I've ever used, and a very little bit of it goes a long way in dilution.

Once you have the wheels clean, you shouldn't need more than regular wash soap to maintain them (assuming you keep up with it and wax/seal the wheels to prevent contaminant bonding from occuring as quickly.
