    lying external rotation: 3x15x2 (0/10)

notes: lots of pain on external rotation with edgar. ROM exercises still painful at end of range. no significant milestone with internal rotation. therapist wants to talk to doc about slow recovery. ok'd for bird dogs and fire hydrants. ok'd to bump up all work to three sets. didn't do side raises or bed rows.
