anyone know of any good rountines to work those areas. I think that because of my long arms and the immense leverage exerted when doingsay, bench press, is limiting my maximum weight potential.

Furthermore, I have experienced a shoulder subduction on a few occasions when working dumbell bench. Feeling as if my arm is sliding out of its socket.

    Any Suggestions?

I like that even though you are a 2007 and don't even have access to the search function, you still are able to suggest it. :hsugh:

putting a fence at the top of a cliff is better than placing an ambulance at the bottom
