rotator cuff question

    what upper body exercises put the least amount of stress on the rotator cuff...mostly concerned about chest

    Proper form on all upper body exercises. Shoulder blade retraction, rear delt work, tuck the elbows while benching, etc. Buy kelso's shrug book. Elitefts has it.

    why don't you focus on strengthening your rotator cuff?

    yea i do have an injury shitty part is i have 6 months before my health insurance kicks in at work any rotator cuff rehab suggestions

    my left shoulder clicks on the downward motion during pullups. has no pain but i have a feeling that it's slowly going to shrivel up and go haywire on me :hs:
