Roserob's supplement and training log v. advice

    5' 7" - currently 130

    supplements

    Protein - 2x/day

    carbs - 65 g 2x/day

    glutamine - once a day


    also l thenaine and rhodiola rosea




    I'm in need of a regular workout routine as well as advice on my supplementation, but i was told that this was a good start. I stopped working out for a month after summer but i've already regained all of my gains (except abs), but I hope I'm able to continue this
