bros.... i got a root canal, and solid food is painful... drinkable foods? banana creme is not that great long term.... i mixed ON banana creme with mm chocolate, needs 2:1 mm : on ratio to taste ok... this isn't too bad, because i'm trying to lean, but i don't want to just sit and fast for the next couple days either. suggestions? maybe i'll post this as a thread...

i'm not too blender savvy, but i read a lot about people blending whole breakfasts into shakes, maybe that?:noes::ugh:

Just got wisdom teeth out and for the first 2 days I couldn't eat solids. Surprisingly, I was still able to get in at least 2,000 cals and over 150g of protein each day.

Day 1 I ate nothing but protein shakes, yogurt, pudding, and mashed up bananas.

Day 2 I ate all of the above but I was able to introduce soup, eggs and oatmeal.

Day 3 was all of the above with the introduction of peanut butter, bread, string cheese.

By day 4 I was more-or-less back to my regular diet.

Just eat stuff that does not really require chewing like oats, scrambled eggs, protein shakes, yogurt, etc...

My macro's were better while barely being to eat anything than they were when I was bulking
