I think Hugh Jackman or even Val Kilmer would fit the role much better.

If Ron Howard is directing it, then Tom Hanks has the part.

The book is a good read. There is a reason why it has been on the top seller list for so long.

the book was cheezy as hell, but it was a fun read, and will translate VERY well to the big screen.

yeah, its gonna be dumbed down even further to fit into 2 hours, but who cares... it will be a fun thriller...

except that everyone and their brother is gonna know how it turns out.
