rolling wrists

    I try not to roll my rest when I am doing rows but when I am tired I can't help it. Instead of keeping my wrists straight sometimes I pull them in, is this alright? Or am I just using my forearms instead of my back? This really only happens like at the end of the set when I am already tired. Should I wrap something around my wrists, or something?
