how big do your arms measure?
What would you guess?
i think closer to 14", never measured..i'm tall with very long arms, so it would take my arms being a prettttty big size to look filled out, remember that.. i'm working with some shitty proportions.. 15" on someone 5'6" is gonna look a whole lot bigger than 15" arms on someone with much longer arms

i'd start sweating in less than a minute if i was wearing something tight

Ever been on a teeter-totter? It takes more force when its more to one side. And a certain amount of muscle is going to look like a lot less when its on a longer arm, because it is spread out for the distance of the arm.
a 14" diameter pole that's 3 feet long will appear a whole lot thicker than a 14" diameter pole that's 20 feet long.. tell the kid he's a moron
